Privacy policy

This policy explains how Restored, operated by Art Framing Group Pte. Ltd., collects, uses and looks after personal data when you use this website or ask us for a quote. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you put in the form:

  • your name, mobile or WhatsApp number and email address
  • details of the piece, its approximate age, what needs attention and a rough budget
  • your postal code, if you give it
  • the photographs you upload, and anything else you choose to tell us

We also record the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived from an advertisement or campaign link, the campaign details in that link. This tells us which of our advertising is useful.

How we use it

We use your details to assess your piece, reply to you with a quote, arrange collection and return if you go ahead, and keep a record of the work. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run this website: a database and file storage provider for quote requests and photographs, an email delivery service for our replies and notifications, Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out automated spam, and Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site. Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on them to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies that tell us how people find and use the site and whether our advertising leads to enquiries. They do not tell us who you are. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and photographs for up to two years so we can refer back to them if you return. If we restore a piece for you, we keep the records of that job, including photographs, as part of the history of the work. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Withdrawing consent means we may not be able to complete a quote or a job. Send any request to the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
